Landmark BuildersBookkeeper We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounting, and administrative processes for a growing residential construction company. This role supports both financial accuracy and operational efficiency across remodeling and new construction projects. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain all bookkeeping in Quickbooks</li><li>Process accounts payable (Vendor bills) and accounts receivables (client invoicing)</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor accounts</li><li>Coordinate with CPA for tax filings and monthly reporting</li><li>Allocate labor, materials, subcontractor, and overhead correctly</li><li>Prepare weekly AR / AP reports to leadership team</li><li>Engage with HR to process job costing payroll</li><li>Maintain company fleet records</li><li>Maintain general business records (License, insurance, etc.)</li><li>Monitor cash position and support forecasting</li></ul> Skills/Requirements:<ul><li>5+years of bookkeeping / accounting experience</li><li>Construction industry experience strongly preferred</li><li>Advanced QuickBooks experience (QB Online)</li><li>Experience with Job costing</li><li>Strong Microsoft office experience, especially Excel</li><li>Highly organized and comfortable working across finance and operations</li><li>Construction software experience (Buildertrend) or ability to learn quickly</li></ul> Who we are:"We Build Landmarks." This is a part-time position averaging 18–20 hours per week. Are you comfortable with that schedule?
